Each Driver Must Hold

• Held a full UK valid car driving license for 3 years or more.
• Must be a regular driver.
• In good health (any medical history must be disclosed prior to booking).
• Free from any points/endorsements in the last 5 years and have no been banned or disqualified from driving within the last 10 years.

We have a minimum rental period for the following seasons

• Low Season – Minimum 3 days (£115p/n)
• Mid Season – Minimum 4 days (£135p/n)
• High Season – Minimum 7 days (£145p/n)

A 25% non refundable deposit fee is required at the time of booking this is taken off your total rental charge.

Making a booking through the website will take full payment. To reserve your dates and to pay a 25% deposit give us a call on 07837658765 the full amount must be paid 2 weeks prior.

Cancellation notice:

Your non refundable booking deposit.

4 weeks (28 days) or less cancellation notice, including failure to collect the vehicle on time, incorrect identification.

100% of the total hire charge – No refund would be issued.

All drivers must present at the time of collection with all of the listed identification in section 1,2,3,4 and 5 listed below:

Identification 1.

Full valid Photocard UK driving licence with ‘licence share code’ from – www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
or 
Full valid old paper UK driving licence with valid passport and ‘licence share code’ from – www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence
or
Valid EU driving licence,  valid passport and International driving permit.

Identification 2.

Valid Visa debit or Visa/Mastercard credit card

Identification 3.

TWO Proof of current address for two different suppliers – this can be either: 

• Recent gas / electric bill
• Recent water / sewage bill
• Recent council tax invoice (only accepted if dated within the last 90 days)
• Recent mortgage statement
• Recent landline phone/broadband bill 
• Recent credit card statement
• Recent bank statement 
• Recent HMRC invoice/letter
• Recent land line phone bill
• Recent TV package bill (Sky, Virgin, BT)

(Your driving licence and passport is not accepted as a proof of address)

The above proofs of address must be addressed to the driver (full name) and in their current home address and dated within the last 3 months/90 days of the date you collect the motorhome (matching their driving licence). We cannot accept anything over 90 days old from the date you collect your motorhome.

If you are taking the vehicle outside mainland UK, all drivers will need to produce their valid passport.
